Returns and Refunds 

Because all of our tasty confections are made to order, all purchases are non-refundable and non-returnable, with the exception of defective items as outlined below.

Damages and Issues

Upon your order’s arrival, inspect it and submit a claim through our Contact Us form within three (3) days of receipt if the item(s) is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. This offer only extends to correctly addressed orders.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot guarantee the condition of the package if the carrier must reroute your order. Forbes Candies cannot be responsible for the condition of orders that are not able to be delivered on the first attempt (or that you may have updated or revised through any customization options with our carrier). 

Forbes Candies is not responsible for failed deliveries when:

  • You provide an incorrect or outdated address
  • Your recipient is out of town or not available

Shipments that are returned or require rerouting due to incorrect addresses will be subject to additional charges for reshipment and/or relabeling for the carrier.

Submitting a Claim

Please provide a detailed description of the issue or damage, pictures of the problem and do not discard the packaging. We will assess the issue and if approved, we will replace the product or issue a refund. Due to the perishable nature of our chocolate, all claims submitted without proper support will not be eligible for reshipment. Forbes Candies reserves the right to limit replacements.

Replacement products will be made and shipped to the original order’s address (unless otherwise specified) in accordance with our Shipping Policy. Refunds will be automatically reimbursed to your original payment method within 10 business days and processed according to your bank or credit card company’s terms.
