Shipping Policy

Order production time is an average of 1-2 business days to allot for time to make and fulfill your order. In some cases this can take longer based on the ordered product(s)’s availability. 

Orders are fulfilled and shipped Monday - Friday, excluding holidays and factory closures. Orders placed after 3pm EST are received by us the following business day.

Shipping Rates and Times

Shipping rates are based on the shipping location. For a shipping estimate, begin the checkout process.

The shipping time is estimated directly from the shipping service you've selected. These times are not guaranteed by Forbes Candies.

Wrong Address 

All orders are sent to the address as detailed by the customer. Forbes Candies is not responsible for late or failed deliveries due to an incorrect address or the recipient is out of town or not available.

Shipments that are returned or require rerouting due to incorrect addresses will be subject to additional charges for reshipment and/or relabeling for the carrier.

Inclement Weather Delay

Forbes Candies reserves the right to delay deliveries depending on inclement weather conditions.

Shipping to PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO, Alaska, Hawaii or US Territories

We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO, FPO, DPO or outside the contiguous U.S.

Shipping Internationally

We do not ship international addresses.

Warm Weather Shipping (70°F or Above)

If you are ordering chocolates or sea foam and/or when temperatures outside are greater than 70 degrees, you must purchase an Ice Pack Insulated Shipper Required for 70° or above. Forbes Candies will not ship chocolates in hot temperatures without this ice shipping box. If you do not add this box to your order we must cancel your order.

Each Shipper holds up to 8 Forbes Boxes/products per container. For every 8 chocolate products you purchase, you must include an Ice Shipper.

Some hotter regions may need more ice packs. While not required, we recommend purchasing additional ice packs for hotter regions.

Forbes Candies Inc takes all appropriate measures to ensure your chocolates arrive in the same quality they are made. However, we do not guarantee the arrival quality of chocolate shipped in warm weather.
